Ingredients list for Kebab–E–Banno

  • 400 grams Boneless Chicken Breast
  • Eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Butter

Method

  1. Cut chicken breast pieces into two-inch cubes. Wash and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, salt, chopped green chillies and garam masala powder for half an hour.
