Ingredients 

  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon tamrind paste
  • 200 grams yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 8-10 papdi
  • 1 small potato boiled
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons boondi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds roasted

Method

  1. Grind mint leaves with sufficient water to a fine paste .Dilute the tamrind paste with three tablespoons water.
  2. In a bowl add yogurt and sugar and mix till sugar dissolves. Add mint paste, tamarind water, papdi, potato, green chilli, boondi, salt and chaat masala.
  3. Garnish with roasted cumin powder and finely chopped few mint leaves.
