Ingredients
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon tamrind paste
- 200 grams yogurt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 8-10 papdi
- 1 small potato boiled
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons boondi
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds roasted
Method
- Grind mint leaves with sufficient water to a fine paste .Dilute the tamrind paste with three tablespoons water.
- In a bowl add yogurt and sugar and mix till sugar dissolves. Add mint paste, tamarind water, papdi, potato, green chilli, boondi, salt and chaat masala.
- Garnish with roasted cumin powder and finely chopped few mint leaves.
