Ingredients for Khatti Meethi Shakkarkand Mangodi Recipe

  • Sweet Potatoes cut into small cubes 1 large

  • Mangodi 1/2 cup

  • Oil for deep f

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Dried red chillies broken 2

  • Curry leaves 12-15

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Tamarind paste 2 tablespoons

  • Jaggery (gur) grated 2 tablespoons

  • Scraped coconut 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Put a coffee capsule into the coffee machine and switch it on.

Step 2

Collect one shot. Put another capsule and take one more shot. Put the decoction into a mixer jar.

Step 3

Add cocoa powder, sugar and milk and blend. Add ice cubes and blend again till the ice gets crushed.

Step 4

Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
