Ingredients list for Kokum And Anar Slush
- 1 1/3 cup Kokum syrup
- 2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
- 8 tablespoons Sugar
- 4 cups Crushed ice
- 4 tablespoons Pomegranate pearls
Method
- Blend kokum syrup, roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar and crushed ice in a blender until slushy. Pour into stemmed glasses and serve decorated with a sprinkling of pomegranate kernels.
