Ingredients list for Kurkuri Bread Fingers

  • 10-12 Bread Slices cut into fingers
  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 2-3 teaspoons Rice flour

Method

  1. Mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and sufficient water in a bowl to make thick and smooth batter.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip bread fingers in batter and fry till crisp and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Serve hot with mayonnaise.
