Ingredients
- 250 grams bottle gourd (lauki or doodhi)
- 11/2 cups (375 grams) yogurt (Natural low-fat) chilled
- Salt to taste
- A pinch red chilli powder
- A pinch roasted cumin powder
Method
- Peel and grate the bottle gourd. Boil the grated bottle gourd with the salt for 5 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.
- Whisk the chilled yogurt and add the red chilli powder. Add the bottle gourd and mix well. Serve sprinkled with cumin powder.
