Ingredients for Malai Ka Halwa Recipe

  • Fresh Cream 1 cup

  • Wheat Flour 3/4 cup

  • Ghee 1 tablespoons

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Cashewnuts chopped 4-5

  • Pistachios chopped 4-5

Method

Step 1

Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add malai and refined flour and saute till the mixture turns light brown.

Step 2

Add sugar and half cup water to it and let it simmer for on a medium flame till water evaporates.

Step 3

Seeve hot garnish with cashewnuts and pistachios.
