Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango
- 1 cup scraped fresh coconut
- 3-4 dried red chillies
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoons tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste
- 1½ tablespoons grated jaggery (gur)
Method
- Peel and chop mango. Take out the pulp from the seed part and reserve.
- Blend together coconut, red chillies, mustard seeds, tamarind pulp, salt and jaggery with some water to a semi coarse paste.
- Mix together chopped mangoes. Reserved mango pulp, prepared paste and salt in bowl.
- Serve immediately.
