Mango and Crumbled Cheese Salad A delicious Mexican salad made with fresh ripe mangoes and some other salad ingredients. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ripe mangoes, Feta cheese Cuisine Mexican Course Salads Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango and Crumbled Cheese Salad 1 Ripe mangoes peeled, deseeded and cut into cubes 2 tablespoons Feta cheese crumbled 5-6 Romaine lettuce ½ cup Pico de Gallo 1 tablespoon Green olives sliced 1 tablespoon Black olives sliced 1 tablespoon Jalapeno sliced Jalapeno-coriander dressing ½ cup coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 3-4 tablespoons Oil 3 Jalapenos fresh Method Slice jalapenos and blend with lemon juice, salt and oil till smooth. Tear romaine lettuce and add to the bowl, add Pico de Gallo, green and black olives, jalapenos, mangoes and dressing reserving some. Mix well.
