Ingredients list for Masala Chilli Cheese Toast

  • 8 slices Brown bread slices
  • 1 cup Processed cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Green capsicum seeded and chopped
  • 4-6 Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 medium Red capsicum cut into thin strips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Take cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add onion, green capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix.
  3. Spread this mixture over the brown bread slices.
  4. Place red capsicum strips over the filling.
  5. Place the bread in the preheated oven and cook till the cheese begins to melt.
  6. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
