Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Masaledar Chicken Chaat - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Chicken tikka cut into small pieces 400 grams

  • Chickpeas cooked 1 cup

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • Raw mango chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh pomegranate pearls 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespo to garnish

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

  • Green chutney 2 tablespo to garnish

  • Date and tamarind chutney 2 tablespo to garnish

  • Sweet yogurt 2 tablespoons

  • Sev to garnish

  • Papdi to garnish

Method

Step 1

Take chicken tikka in a large bowl, add chickpeas, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, black salt, raw mango, pomegranate, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.

Step 2

Add green chutney and tamarind chutney and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, drizzle sweet yogurt, a little green chutney and a little date and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle some sev, some coriander leaves, crush a few papdi and sprinkle and serve immediately.
