Wash and drain them. Peel, wash and chop onions, garlic and ginger. Remove stems, wash and chop green chillies. Clean, wash and chop coriander leaves. Remove stems of red chillies. Grind onions, garlic, ginger, red chillies, cloves, green cardamoms, turmeric powder, cumin powder to a fine paste. Mix the ground masala with yogurt. Add salt and marinate the cauliflower florets in this for half an hour. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds and when they crackle add green chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add marinated cauliflower and cook for five minutes on high heat, stirring constantly. Add one and a half cups of water and bring it to a boil. Lower heat and cook covered till the cauliflower is cooked. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
