Ingredients for Melon with Lemon Recipe

  • Musk Melon 1

  • Lemon

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Sugar 3-4 tablespoons

  • Red chilli powder 1-2 teaspoons

  • Fresh mint leaves 10-12


Step 1

Halve melon, discard seeds, cut into slices and put them into a bowl.

Step 2

Add sea salt, sugar, red chilli powder and lemon juice and mix well.

Step 3

Finely chop mint leaves, add to the bowl and mix well.

Step 4

Put 3 melon slices in a vacuum bag, seal the bag to remove the air from the bag. Similarly treat the remaining melon slices. Keep them in the refrigerator for a day.

Step 5

Remove the melon slices from the bag, peel them, cut them into medium-sized cubes, arrange them over the peels and serve chilled.
