Ingredients list for Methi Corn Malai

  • 250 grams Fenugreek leaves
  • 1 cup Sweet corn Niblets
  • 1/2 cup Onions
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste

Method

  1. Wash methi leaves thoroughly. You may apply some salt and keep it for some time before washing. Chop methi leaves roughly. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and cook till they are translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and methi leaves. Cook uncovered for about 6-7 minutes. Add red chilli powder and sweet corn. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add amchur and stir. Finish by adding cinnamon powder and fresh cream.
