Add yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds, sesame seeds and four tablespoons of oil. Mix well and knead this mixture into a semi soft dough using a little water. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Fill the dough into a chakri press and drop desired shapes in sufficient hot oil and fry on medium heat till golden crisp. Drain and store in airtight jars.
