Ingredients list for Mint Vegetable Raita

  • 1 small bunch Mint leaves
  • 200 grams Yogurt
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 Cucumber cut into small dices
  • 1 Tomato cut into small dices
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds

Method

  1. Make a fine paste of mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, pomengrate seeds and add little water to it.
  2. In a bowl combine together yogurt, mint paste, green chillies, cucumber and tomato. Also add salt and chaat masala and mix it well. Garnish with roasted cumin powder.
