By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sprouted green moong, Fresh coriander Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Moong Ka Moagra 2 cups Sprouted green moong to taste Fresh coriander 1 tablespoon Oil a pinch Asafoetida 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 1 medium Tomato finely chopped 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur) 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Blanch the moong sprouts in plenty of boiling water with a pinch of salt for about three to four minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida and onion and sauté for two minutes. Add ginger and green chillies and continue to sauté for another minute. Add tomato and sauté for two to three minutes. Add the sprouts, salt and dry mango powder and stir. Cook on medium heat for two to three minutes.
