Ingredients list for Moongphali Ke Laddoo
- 3 cups Peanuts
- 2 1/4 cups Jaggey
- 8 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Roast the peanuts. Cool and skin them. Pound slightly so that the nuts are broken into big pieces and not powdered. Add green cardamom powder and mix. Cook the jaggery to make a thick syrup. When you put a drop of the syrup in water it should form a hard ball. Add the ghee and peanuts and mix. Remove from the fire. With greased palms form into laddoos.
