Ingredients for Moongphali Ke Laddoo Recipe

  • Peanuts 3 cups

  • Jaggey 2 1/4 cups

  • Ghee 8 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Roast the peanuts. Cool and skin them. Pound slightly so that the nuts are broken into big pieces and not powdered. Add green cardamom powder and mix. Cook the jaggery to make a thick syrup. When you put a drop of the syrup in water it should form a hard ball. Add the ghee and peanuts and mix. Remove from the fire. With greased palms form into laddoos.
