Ingredients  
- 2 cups mushrooms, chopped
 - 4 stalks celery, chopped
 - 3 garlic cloves
 - 2 teaspoons oil
 - 4 cups vegetable stock 
 - 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
 - 1 teaspoon nutmeg, grated
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper powder to taste
 - 2 tablespoons fresh cream
 - Celery leaves for garnish
 
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mushrooms, celery and garlic and sauté for two to three minutes.
 - Add half the stock and cook for two to three minutes. Blend the vegetables in a blender until smooth.
 - Put the blended mixture in the pan and add the remaining stock, Worcestershire sauce and grated nutmeg.
 - Bring to a boil and season the soup with salt and black pepper powder. Stir in cream and mix well.
 - Serve hot garnished with celery leaves.
