Ingredients
- 10 button mushrooms, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons mustard Seeds
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon hung curd
- 1 1/2 teaspoons green chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard oil
- Banana leaves as required
Method
- Grind mustard seeds, poppy seeds, curd, green chilli paste and salt to a fine paste with sufficient water.
- Add mushrooms, oil and mix well.
- Take a banana leaf and cut into small squares.
- Place a portion of mushroom mixture and spread. Tie with a string.
- Heat a steamer and steam the parcels for ten minutes.
- Remove from the leaves and serve hot.
