Ingredients list for Narli Paak
- 2 medium Fresh Coconut
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 10 grams Cashewnuts
- 10 grams Raisins
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
Method
- Grind cashew nuts coarsely. Scrape fresh coconut finely. Combine scraped fresh coconut and sugar, mix well. Sprinkle a little water on the mixture and then cook it stirring continuously till sugar dissolves.
- Add cashew nuts and raisins to it and cook till the mixture becomes sticky. Remove from heat. Grease a thali with ghee and pour the cooked mixture in it. Level the mixture and leave aside for 1-2 hours to cool. When set, cut into desired size and shape.
