Ingredients for Non Vegetarian Toasted Sandwich Recipe

  • Bread 4 slices

  • Boneless chicken breast boiled and shredded 2

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Pineapple chopped 1/4 cup

  • Onion chopped 1 small

  • Green capsicum thin strips 1 medium

  • Pickled gherkins sliced 1 tablespoon

  • Mint chutney 2 tablespoons

  • Potato boiled, peeled and grated 1 small

  • Cheese grated 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Take boneless chicken breasts in a bowl. Add salt, pineapple, onion, green capsicum, gherkins and mint chutney and mix.

Step 2

Add potato, grated cheese and mix well. Spread the filling on one slice and cover with another.

Step 3

Butter both the sides of the inside of a sandwich toaster and place a prepared sandwich carefully.

Step 4

Place the toaster on medium heat and cook till both the sides are golden.
