Ingredients list for Non Vegetarian Toasted Sandwich
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 Boneless chicken breast boiled and shredded
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup Pineapple chopped
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 medium Green capsicum thin strips
- 1 tablespoon Pickled gherkins sliced
- 2 tablespoons Mint chutney
- 1 small Potato boiled, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon Cheese grated
Method
- Take boneless chicken breasts in a bowl. Add salt, pineapple, onion, green capsicum, gherkins and mint chutney and mix.
- Add potato, grated cheese and mix well. Spread the filling on one slice and cover with another.
- Butter both the sides of the inside of a sandwich toaster and place a prepared sandwich carefully.
- Place the toaster on medium heat and cook till both the sides are golden.
