Ingredients list for Non Vegetarian Toasted Sandwich

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 Boneless chicken breast boiled and shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple chopped
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Green capsicum thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon Pickled gherkins sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Mint chutney
  • 1 small Potato boiled, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon Cheese grated

Method

  1. Take boneless chicken breasts in a bowl. Add salt, pineapple, onion, green capsicum, gherkins and mint chutney and mix.
  2. Add potato, grated cheese and mix well. Spread the filling on one slice and cover with another.
  3. Butter both the sides of the inside of a sandwich toaster and place a prepared sandwich carefully.
  4. Place the toaster on medium heat and cook till both the sides are golden.
