Ingredients list for Noodle And Sago Cutlets
- 100 grams Noodles boiled
- 1/2 cup Sago soaked
- 3 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts crushed
- to taste Salt
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Mix together noodles, sago, potatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, fresh coriander leaves and salt well.
- Add crushed peanuts and mix again. Divide into eight equal sized portions and roll each portion into a ball. Press slightly. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden.
- Drain onto an absorbent paper. Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
