By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Oats flour, Green chillies Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Oats Thalipeeth 1 1/2 cups Oats flour 1-2 Green chillies , chopped 1 small Carrot , peeled and grated 1 large Onion , chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves , chopped 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt for drizzling Oil to serve Green chuntey Method Take oats flour in a bowl, add green chillies, carrot, onion, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well. Add 1 cup water, and knead into soft dough. Take a non-stick tawa, place a portion of the dough in the centre, dip your fingers in water and spread it into a thick disc. Make a few holes in the center. Place the non-stick tawa on heat and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Drizzle a little oil all around and into the holes. Cook till the underside turns golden, flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes or till golden and crisp. Make more thalipeeth with the remaining dough.
