Ingredients list for Orange Risotto
- 2 cups Orange juice
- 1/2 cup Arborio rice
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cream
- a few strands Saffron
- 4-5 Almonds slivered
- 4-5 Pistachios roughly chopped
Method
- Heat two tablespoons butter in a non-stick pan, add rice and sauté well.
- Add milk, gradually, and stir continuously. Add orange juice, stir well and cook till the rice is done.
- Add cream, saffron strands, almonds and pistachios and mix well.
- Add the remaining butter, mix well and switch off the heat. Serve warm.
