Ingredients for Paneer And Lemon Grass Soup Recipe

  • Cottage Cheese cut into ½ inch cubes 200 grams

  • lemon Grass chopped 1 inches

  • Oil 3 teaspoons

  • Garlic chopped 3 cloves

  • Vegetable stock 4-5 cloves

  • Fresh red chilli sliced 1

  • Salt to taste

  • MSG a pinch

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Spring onion greens sliced 2-3 stalks


Step 1

Heat oil in a wok; add garlic and sauté over medium heat for half a minute. Add lemongrass and continue to sauté for half a minute. Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Lower heat, add red chilli, salt and MSG and simmer, uncovered, for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the paneer and lemon juice, stir and continue to simmer for one minute.

Step 3

Ladle soup into individual serving bowls, garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
