Add lemongrass and continue to sauté for half a minute. Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Lower heat, add red chilli, salt and MSG and simmer, uncovered, for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the paneer and lemon juice, stir and continue to simmer for one minute.
