By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Jun 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Cottage cheese (paneer), Hot dog buns Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Bhurji Roll-SK Khazana 3/4 cup Cottage cheese (paneer) grated 4 Hot dog buns 1 tablespoons + for grilling Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 Green chillies chopped 1/2 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 Medium tomato finely chopped to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required Green chutney as required Onions sliced Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till seeds change colour. Add green chillies and ginger and sauté well. Add onion, mix and sauté till it turns light brown. Add tomato and salt, mix and cook till it turns soft and pulpy. Add chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Add cottage cheese, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat. Slit the buns from centre without cutting through. Spread some chutney on the slit portion and stuff with some paneer bhurji.
