Heat one tablespoon of ghee in pan, add tomato puree, red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Sauté for a minute. Add yogurt. Cook and stir continuously for one minute. Add paneer and cook for two minutes. Sprinkle green cardamom powder and kesar soaked in water and stir. Serve hot garnished with almond flakes.
