By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Dec 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pumpkin , Parvals Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Parval and Pumpkin Subzi 1 cup Pumpkin cut into ½ inch cubes 1 cup Parvals cut into ½ inch cubes 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 small Onion chopped 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Green chilli chopped 1/2 teaspoon Ginger chopped 1 small Tomato chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non stick add cumin seeds, when it starts spluttering add onions and saute till light brown. Add sugar,coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chillies, ginger and saute for a minute. Add tomatoes and saute till oil surfaces. Add pumpkin and parwar and half cup water and cook till vegetables are tender. Add salt and coriander and cook for a minute.
