By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Green Peas Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pateta Na Sada Pattice 5 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed 3 medium Green Peas boiled and mashed 1 cup Green peas boiled and mashed 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds roasted and ground 1 teaspoon Pickled green pepper coarsely ground 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tablespoons Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon Sugar to taste Salt 4-6 Eggs 2 cups Bread crumbs to shallow fry Oil Method Mix well all the ingredients except eggs, bread crumbs and oil. Dampen palms and divide the mixture into twenty equal portions and flatten each to a half centimeter thick roundel. Dust the pattice in breadcrumbs. Whisk the eggs and season. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip the dusted pattice in the whisked eggs and deep fry till crisp. Remove, drain onto an absorbent paper and serve hot.
