By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Raw peanuts, Turmeric powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Peanut Chaat-SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Raw peanuts 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 3 tablespoons Onion finely chopped 3 tablespoons Tomato finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 3/4 teaspoon Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to taste Black salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped Method Pressure cook peanuts with turmeric powder, salt and sufficient water till the pressure is released for 3 times. Open the lid of the cooker when the pressure has reduced completely and strain and transfer peanuts into a mixing bowl. Add onions, tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin powder, green chillies, lemon juice and black salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
