Ingredients list for Peanut Chaat-SK Khazana

  • 1 1/2 cups Raw peanuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Onion finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Black salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped

Method

  1. Pressure cook peanuts with turmeric powder, salt and sufficient water till the pressure is released for 3 times.
  2. Open the lid of the cooker when the pressure has reduced completely and strain and transfer peanuts into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add onions, tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin powder, green chillies, lemon juice and black salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately.
