Ingredients
- 3 cups penne pasta,boiled
- 2 cups white sauce
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup spinach puree
- ¾ cup corn kernels, boiled
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese powder
- A fresh parsley sprig for garnishing
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add ½ teaspoon of chilli flakes and mix. Add white sauce and mix.
- Add salt and mix. Add pasta, spinach puree and corn kernels and mix well. Add milk, mix well and cook on low heat for two minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder, remaining chilli flakes, garnish with parsley sprig and serve hot.
