Ingredients list for Pethe ka Laddoo
- 300 grams White pumpkin grated
- 500 grams Mawa
- 250 grams Desiccated coconut
- 10-12 Cashewnuts chopped
- 10-12 Almonds chopped
- 10-12 Raisins
Method
- Sauté the mawa for 2-3 minutes in a non-stick pan and set aside to cool.
- Mix the mawa, pumpkin and little desiccated coconut in a bowl. Keep some aside for coating.
- Add the cashewnuts, almonds and raisins and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into laddoos.
- Roll the laddoos in the remaining desiccated coconut.
- Serve
