Ingredients list for Pickled Cabbage

  • 1 medium Cabbage
  • 2 teaspoons Schezwan Chutney
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar

Method

  1. Roughly shred cabbage.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cabbage, Schezwan chutney and soy sauce and mix well. Add salt and mix again. Add sugar and vinegar and mix well. Switch off the heat and transfer into a bowl.
  3. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and serve as an accompaniment.
