Ingredients list for Pistewali Barfi

  • 4 cups Mawa
  • 1 cup Pistachios coarsely chopped
  • 30 measures Sugar Free Natura
  • 10 Pistachios, slivered
  • for greasing Ghee

Method

  1. Grease a tray. Take khoya in a pan and roast on medium heat, stirring continuously till it softens. Add Sugar Free and mix. Add chopped pistachios and mix. Cook till it forms a lump. Transfer into the greased tray and spread evenly. Smoothen the top. Sprinkle slivered pistachios and set aside to cool. When set cut into squares and serve.
