Ingredients
- 1 cup kesarshrikhand
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons castor sugar
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- A few strands of saffron, soaked in warm water
- Finely chopped pistachios for garnishing
Method
- Blend together shrikhand, buttermilk, milk, sugar, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and some of the saffron in a bowl. Keep in the refrigerator till chilled.
- Pour it individual serving glasses, garnish with pistachios and saffron and serve chilled
