Ingredients 

    • 1 cup kesarshrikhand
    • 2 cups buttermilk 
    • 1 cup milk 
    • 2 tablespoons castor sugar
    • ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder 
    • ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder 
    • A few strands of saffron, soaked in warm water
    • Finely chopped pistachios for garnishing 

    Method 

    1. Blend together shrikhand, buttermilk, milk, sugar, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and some of the saffron in a bowl. Keep in the refrigerator till chilled. 
    2. Pour it individual serving glasses, garnish with pistachios and saffron and serve chilled
