Ingredients for Pizza Cones Recipe

  • Pizza sauce as required

  • Dough readymade. for pizza 200 grams

  • Red capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces ¼ medium

  • Yellow capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces ¼ medium

  • Green capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces ¼ medium

  • Chicken boiled and cubed ½ cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Mixed herbs dried to sprinkle

  • Red chilli flakes to sprinkle

  • Mozzarella cheese cut into cubes 100 grams


Step 1

Preheat oven at 180ºC.

Step 2

Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 2 inch long strips. Roll each strip around a cone mould.

Step 3

Place them on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove, cool and demould.

Step 4

Fill up the cones with a layer of pizza sauce followed by three coloured capsicums and chicken. Sprinkle salt, mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Top with cheese cubes.

Step 5

Place them on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or till the cheese melts.

Step 6

Serve hot.
