By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined Flour, Mozzarella Cheese Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 12 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Pizza Samosa 1 cup Refined Flour to taste Mozzarella Cheese 3 teaspoon to deep fry Oil 2 medium Onions sliced 1 medium Green capsicum sliced 3 tablespoons Pizza sauce 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated Method Combine together refined flour, salt, oil and sufficient water to make a hard dough.Cover with muslin cloth and keep it aside. Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till onions are translucent. Add capsicums, pizza sauce,cheese, salt and saute for a minute and remove from flame. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll thick oval shape rotis and cut into half and shape them into cones. Stuff the prepared mixture ito it and seal the edges using water.
