Foreign invasions, trade relations and colonialism had introduced certain foods to the country like potato, chillies and breadfruit.

Ingredients for Pizza Samosa Recipe

  • Refined Flour 1 cup

  • Mozzarella Cheese to taste

  • Oil 3 teaspoon to deep fry

  • Onions sliced 2 medium

  • Green capsicum sliced 1 medium

  • Pizza sauce 3 tablespoons

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Combine together refined flour, salt, oil and sufficient water to make a hard dough.Cover with muslin cloth and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till onions are translucent. Add capsicums, pizza sauce,cheese, salt and saute for a minute and remove from flame.

Step 3

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll thick oval shape rotis and cut into half and shape them into cones. Stuff the prepared mixture ito it and seal the edges using water.

Step 4

Heat oil in a non stick kadai and deep fry the samosas till golden brown. Serve hot.
