Add sea salt and salt and mix well. Increase the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add grated jaggery, mix well and cook till the mixture thickens. Take the pan off the heat and set aside to cool for a while. Serve.
