Ingredients list for Plum Chutney
- 1 cup Mixed Plums
- 1 cup Jaggery chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Jaggery (gur) grated
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add red and black plums and mix well.
- Add sea salt and salt and mix well. Increase the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
- Add grated jaggery, mix well and cook till the mixture thickens.
- Take the pan off the heat and set aside to cool for a while. Serve.
