Pomegranate and Chilli Cooler A quick and refreshing drink that will soothe your tired nerves This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh pomegranate pearls, Fresh red chillies Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pomegranate and Chilli Cooler 8 tablespoons Fresh pomegranate pearls 8 Fresh red chillies 4 cups Drinking soda 1 tablespoon Salt 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder 2 1/2 Lemons halved 24-32 Fresh mint leaves as required Ice cubes 8-12 tablespoons Sugar syrup to garnish Lemon slices Method Take some salt and chilli powder on a plate, mix well and spread evenly. Rub ½ lemon on the rims of 4 serving glasses and place them inverted on the plate so till they get well coated with chilli powder-salt mixture. For each portion put 2 tablespoons pomegranate pearls, 1 broken fresh red chilli, juice of ½ lemon and 6-8 torn mint leaves in the glass and muddle lightly. Put few ice cubes, 2-3 tablespoons sugar syrup and 1 cup drinking soda and mix lightly.
