Ingredients list for Potato Chips Omelette
- 500 grams Potato wafers
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 1 large Tomato chopped
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and onions and saute till translucent.
- Add tomatoes, cover the pan and let it cook on low flame for two minutes.Add chips and one cup water and bring it to boil.
- Lower the flame and pour beaten eggs all over the chips. Sprinkle coriander leaves and cover and cook till the eggs form an omelette. Serve hot.
