Ingredients list for Potato Chips Omelette

  • 500 grams Potato wafers
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1 large Tomato chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and onions and saute till translucent.
  2. Add tomatoes, cover the pan and let it cook on low flame for two minutes.Add chips and one cup water and bring it to boil.
  3. Lower the flame and pour beaten eggs all over the chips. Sprinkle coriander leaves and cover and cook till the eggs form an omelette. Serve hot.
