Ingredients list for Potato Pasta Hash Brown
- 5 medium Boiled potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
- 1 cup Macaroni blanched
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- to taste Salt
- a pinch Nutmeg powder
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till translucent. Transfer into a bowl.
- Add macaroni and potato and mix. Add salt, nutmeg powder, pepper powder and chopped parsley and mix well.
- Transfer the potato-macaroni mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
