Ingredients list for Prawns And Olive Skewers

  • 12 Prawns deveined
  • 12 Green Olives
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Red capsicum, chopped
  • 2-3 Fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Surround a green olive with a prawn and secure with a skewer. Heat oil in a non -tick pan, add garlic and sauté till soft.
  2. Add butter and reduce heat. Cook till garlic is lightly browned. Add prawns and cook.
  3. Add red capsicum. Chop fresh basil leaves and add. Cook till prawns are just done.
  4. Arrange them on a serving platter, pour leftover butter sauce over and serve immediately.
