Ingredients for Prawns And Olive Skewers Recipe

  • Prawns deveined 12

  • Green Olives 12

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic 1 tablespoon

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Red capsicum, chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh basil leaves 2-3

Method

Step 1

Surround a green olive with a prawn and secure with a skewer. Heat oil in a non -tick pan, add garlic and sauté till soft.

Step 2

Add butter and reduce heat. Cook till garlic is lightly browned. Add prawns and cook.

Step 3

Add red capsicum. Chop fresh basil leaves and add. Cook till prawns are just done.

Step 4

Arrange them on a serving platter, pour leftover butter sauce over and serve immediately.
