Ingredients list for Prawns Khadkhade

  • 8-12 Large Prawns deveined with shells, head and tails intact
  • 2-3 tablespoons Sambariya Masala/ Pathare Prabhu Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sambariya masala / Pathare Prabhu masala
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped

Method

  1. Marinate prawns with salt, turmeric powder, sambariya masala and red chilli powder for fifteen minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and ginger and sauté till the garlic turns brown.
  3. Add marinated prawns and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for two to three minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
