By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Red Pumpkin, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Pumpkin Pudding 700 grams Red Pumpkin 1 cm cubes 1 1/2 cups Milk 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch 1 1/2 cups Milk 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon powder 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Hazelnuts roasted and crushed 1 tablespoon Desiccated coconut 1 tablespoon Pomegranate pearls Method Place pumpkin pieces in a large pan. Add sugar and one cup of water. Cover and cook on medium heat for about twenty five to thirty minutes. Mix cornflour with milk till smooth. Once the pumpkin is cooked add the cornflour-milk mixture and mix. Cook till the mixture thickens. Sprinkle cinnamon powder. Add half cup of crushed hazelnuts, desiccated coconut and mix. Transfer the mixture into a serving dish.
