Ingredients list for Quick Corn Curry

  • 2 cups Corn Kernels
  • Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 8-10 Spring onion bulbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 stalks Spring onion greens
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, slice spring onion bulbs and add. Add turmeric powder.
  2. Roughly chop green chilies and add along with red chilli powder and corn. Chop spring onion greens and add along with salt and mix well.
  3. When all the ingredients are heated through, add yogurt and cook till it curdles slightly.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
