Quick Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 200 grams spaghetti, boiled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup vegetable stock
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • 2 tablespoons grated  parmesan cheese + for garnishing

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till light golden.
  2. Add vegetable stock and salt and mix. Add spaghetti and toss to mix.
  3. Add parsley and parmesan cheese, mix and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Serve hot garnished with some parmesan cheese.
