Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 2 tablespoons crushed dried rose petals
- ¼ cup castor sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh malai
- Rose syrup as required
- Chopped almonds as required
- Chopped blanched pistachios as required
Method
- Put yogurt in a bowl and whisk. Add cardamom powder, rose water and rose petals and whisk well.
- Add castor sugar and malai and whisk till smooth.
- Rim individual tall glasses by dipping them in rose syrup. Coat the rim with almonds and pistachios and pour the lassi in them.
- Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve immediately.
