By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Semolina (rawa/suji), Oil Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sanja-SK Khazana 1 cup Semolina (rawa/suji) 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 glass Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida 2 Green chillies broken into small pieces 8-10 Curry bleaves 2 Medium onions finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder a pinch Red chilli powder to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnishing Fresh coriander sprig for garnishing Lemon wedge Method Heat a non-stick pan, add semolina and dry roast on medium heat till light golden brown. Transfer into a bowl and set aside. Heat oil in the same pan, add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté till fragrant. Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and sugar. Mix well. Add roasted semolina, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add 2½ cups hot water, mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes or till the moisture is absorbed. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
