Ingredients
- 1 bunch mustard greens
 - 1 medium turnip (shalgam)
 - 2 tablespoons ghee
 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 2 medium onions, chopped
 - 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
 - 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
 - 15-20 spinach leaves (palak)
 - 3/4 cup bathua saag
 - Salt to taste
 
Method
- Chop the sarsaon ka saag.
 - heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and let them change colour.
 - Discard the crown of the turnip and peel it. Cut into medium pieces.
 - Add onions to pan and sauté till light brown.Add garlic and mix well. Add green chillies and chopped sarson ka saag.
 - Chop spinach leaves and bathua saag together and add to pan. Adjust salt and mix well.
 - Add turnip pieces and ¼ cup water. Stir to mix and cook till done. Serve hot.
